  • Turns out, in some neighborhoods, neighborly just means making life easier for the person least interested in following actual rules. Defending the right to a single-car driveway makes a villain out of the person who pays for it. Maybe some places run on borrowed spaces and borrowed patience, but boundaries were invented for a reason. Courtesy should come standard, no one signs up to turn small talk into daily traffic control.
